Requirements:
- Retail Manager experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Delegate work to team members, making sure they're staying busy at all times, Receive deliveries.
- Provide discounts when applicable.
- Give refunds when applicable, make sure registers are stocked with change.
- Check team members' work to make sure they're completing tasks correctly and in a timely manner, handle deposits.
- Make sure store is stocked with all items especially items from storage room (jars, tamales, chips, popcorn, pasta, candy, olive oils, etc.).
- Key holder, cash handling, and more.
